Kyle focuses his practice on land use, real estate tax appeals, and various municipal matters.

Before starting Porro Legal LLC, Kyle worked on the Redevelopment, Land Use & Zoning team at CSG Law helping both applicants and land use boards with all aspects of the land use process. Prior to that, he worked at Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo, where his practice included representing both tax payers and municipalities in real estate tax appeal matters. In addition, he served as Special Counsel to the Union City Tenant Advocate Office, providing anti-eviction services to residents of the City.

As a judicial clerk, Kyle served under the Hon. Martha D. Lynes, JSC at the Superior Court of Hudson County.

Kyle earned his JD from New England Law | Boston, and his BSBA in Finance from Elon University. Kyle currently serves as a member of both the Elon University Young Alumni Council and the New Jersey State Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Executive Committee.
